William H. Oast III

Attorney William H. Oast III of Oast & Taylor Trusted Elder Law Professionals Bill Oast is a native of Lexington, Virginia and a long time resident of Portsmouth, Virginia. He is a 1971 graduate of Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, and a 1974 graduate of the Washington and Lee University School of Law.

Bringing nearly 40 years of legal expertise to the Oast & Taylor team, Bill’s practice areas include Elder Law, Estate and Trust Administration, Estate Planning, Guardianships and Conservatorships, and Litigation. Among other associations, he is also a member of the Virginia State Bar, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.
