Our Legal Team

Patty Lyons, Legal Assistant
With her extensive knowledge in the Estate Planning field, Patty joined the team as a legal assistant in 2002. What she enjoys most about her job is getting to know each one of her clients and listening to their fascinating stories. In her spare time, Patty enjoys crocheting, reading and spending time with her family at the beach.
Marjie Davidson, Legal Assistant
Marjie handles Estate and Trust Administration files. She's been with the group since 2006, sharing her 23 years of experience. Marjie enjoys spending time with her family, including her two cats, Tiger and Sophie, reading and going to the beach.
Jackie Morrisette, Legal Assistant
Jackie has been with the group since 1991. She mostly handles Litigation matters including, but not limited to, Guardianship and Conservatorship cases. Outside the office she enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren, relaxing outdoors when the weather is nice and reading a good book.
Lisa Parker, Legal Assistant
In 2014, Lisa Parker rejoined our team, bringing with her 20+ years of experience in the Estate Planning and Estate Administration fields. Ms. Parker enjoys camping, fishing, and spending time with her family.
Annie Parsons, Legal Assistant
Annie started with us in 2003 focusing mainly on Estate and Trust Administration cases. She has over 26 years of paralegal experience and receives personal gratification from supporting her clients as they go through the estate and probate process. Annie is also proud of her Scottish heritage, although she has been a naturalized U.S. citizen since 1989. She is very active in her church and passionate about her teams (the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots). She and her husband, Chris, enjoy attending baseball games with their children and grandchildren.
Mary Ellen McCoy, Certified Elder Care Coordinator
Mary Ellen is a Certified Senior Advisor and Elder Care Coordinator handling Long-term Care matters including assisting clients with Medicaid and Veteran's Benefits, Estate Planning and Special Needs Planning. She's been with the group since 2009. She is active in her York County church and enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, playing with her Miniature Schnauzer, Rylee, and encouraging others in their faith through her blog.
Christie Hamilton, Administrative Assistant
Christie joined the team in early 2014 to provide administrative support and clerical duties. She has a degree from Anderson University in elementary education, but enjoys working with people of all ages. When away from the office, Christie spends time with her husband and son cheering for the Clemson Tigers.
Jennifer Harris, Administrative Assistant
Jennifer came on board in 2001. She handles the firm's document and software automation, newsletter distributions and is also active in the training department for new employees. She is efficient, accurate, and thorough in her day-to-day tasks. Jennifer enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their three children.
Christen Otto, Office & Accounting Manager
Christen started with the group in 2007. She manages all offices, vendor and client relations and bookkeeping for the firm. On the weekends, Christen enjoys traveling to see family and boating with her husband, daughter and two Boston Terriers. Christen studied Business and Accounting at Tidewater Community College.
