Allie is a native of Virginia Beach and joined our team in September, 2014. She handles Litigation cases for our firm. Allie received her degree from Saint Leo University in Criminal Justice, and her paralegal certification from Old Dominion University. On the weekends, if she is not on the beach, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and running in local races.
Doris Hadley, Legal Assistant
Doris has joined Oast & Taylor with more than 20 years experience in the Trusts and Estates practice area and enjoys working with her clients. She loves the outdoors, and in her free time, she enjoys traveling and relaxing in her travel camper. Spending quality time with her family, including her four children, and her friends is very important.
Kirsty Hall, Legal Assistant
Kirsty joined Oast & Taylor in 2015. Kirsty handles Long-term Care matters, including assisting clients with Medicaid and Veteran's Benefits, and Estate Planning.
Dawn Lee, Accounting Manager
Dawn Lee is a native of Salisbury, North Carolina, and is a long time resident of Virginia Beach, Virginia. She is a 1995 graduate of Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Dawn brings over 15 years of accounting experience to Oast & Taylor. She is currently pursuing her Virginia CPA certification.
Dawn currently serves as an advocate for the American Parkinson’s Disease Association in honor of her parents who have both been diagnosed with the disease. She is also an active member of the Peninsula Jaycees, and the Hampton Roads Association of Legal Administrators.
Jackie Morrisette, Legal Assistant
Jackie has been with the group since 1991. She mostly handles Litigation matters including, but not limited to, Guardianship and Conservatorship cases. Outside the office she enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren, relaxing outdoors when the weather is nice and reading a good book.
Lisa Parker, Legal Assistant
In 2014, Lisa Parker rejoined our team, bringing with her 20+ years of experience in the Estate Planning and Estate Administration fields. Ms. Parker enjoys camping, fishing, and spending time with her family.
Annie Parsons, Legal Assistant
Annie started with us in 2003 focusing mainly on Estate and Trust Administration cases. She has over 26 years of paralegal experience and receives personal gratification from supporting her clients as they go through the estate and probate process. Annie is also proud of her Scottish heritage, although she has been a naturalized U.S. citizen since 1989. She is very active in her church and passionate about her teams (the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots). She and her husband, Chris, enjoy attending baseball games with their children and grandchildren.

Karen Kellam, Administrative Manager
Karen recently joined the team after several years as co-owner of a small technical services business. Prior to that, she spent 15 years as a law firm administrator with 2 established Virginia law firms. She has a B.A. in English, cum laude, from Virginia Commonwealth University. Karen is a native of the Eastern Shore of Virginia, and enjoys spending time at the beach, reading all sorts of books, playing with her Catahoula, Loki, and being ordered around by her kitty, Bella.
