Over the years of providing service to the residents of Hampton Roads, northeastern North Carolina and beyond, we have established ourselves as leaders in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law and Disability Law. Our trusted attorneys have more than 66 years of combined experience in helping people just like you.

Each of us, at some point, is a caretaker. Generationally we pass through a continuum of changing roles during our lifetimes. As we move through those different roles, there are times when having someone familiar with your path can be very helpful and reassuring. Oast & Taylor can help you define, plan for, and navigate those ever-changing roles smoothly, and with confidence.

Serving southeastern Virginia and northeastern North Carolina, Oast & Taylor offers legal counsel in a wide variety of practice areas, including our specialty areas of Elder Law and Disability Law. Our specialization in these fields has given our team of attorneys a very well-defined skill set, one that leads to comprehensive legal, financial and lifestyle planning that is tailored to your needs.
